Based in the Bournemouth and cover the majority of Dorset and Hampshire, we started in 2021, with a passion for Sourdough, grilled cheese and Microbrewery beers – combining these together, The Tipsy Toastie was formed!
Partnering with local breweries and using the finest Sourdough bread from BakeHouse24 in Ringwood, Hampshire, our Signature Toastie is filled to the brim with a blend of Mozzarella, Smokey Monterey Jack and English Cheddar and finished with a drizzle of glaze made with Ale from local breweries and taprooms.

Small BeginningsStarted in 2021, we had a passion for tasty and filling food, working with a local bakery and tap rooms to create our now famous Tipsy Toastie! Since then we've expanded our range and travel far and wide to bring Gourmet Toastie joy to Hampshire and Dorset!
